Preparing to visit?
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
Walk-Ins: Though walk ins are always welcome, we recommend reserving prior to avoid inconveniences.
Arrivals: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow for a changing period and for us to prepare your experience for the day. Please be aware late arrivals may consequently reduce your service time.
Amenities: Robes, slippers, and access to the ocean-view pool/jacuzzi are included with treatments over 60 minutes.
Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your service. We are optimized for efficiency; late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times.
Amenities: We provide towels for express services but do not have full locker or shower facilities.
