SPA REMINDERS

If possible, we suggest you make reservations in advance for services to avoid disappointment, although walk-ins are always welcome. Spa reservations may be made by calling guest services or online, for your convenience.

All spa guests will be provided with our signature robe and a towel during their visit. During treatment you may feel free to dress to your comfort level. You will be draped at all times during services. We will supply disposable underwear during body treatments.
The experience rooms are public, mixed facilities. Please wear swimwear or stay covered with a towel if you feel more comfortable.

Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

We do not accept cash nor American Express and Discover Cards. Cash is still accepted as tips.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa service time to allow for a sufficient changing period, a moment of relaxation, and for us to confirm your desires for the day. Please be aware late arrivals may consequently reduce your service time.

We would like 8 to be a relaxing environment for all our guest. In order to uphold this standard we appreciate your help by avoiding the use of mobile phones. Smoking is not permitted in the spa or outdoor areas.

Customized services are available to children. Supervision of a parent is always required.
